Service Definition

We utilize a proprietary tried and tested framework that creates the required ground work and lays out a roadmap for defining and transiting a new IT service. The framework guides our customers through key process areas during the Service Design, Services Transition and Service Operations stages to identify currently defined processes within their organization, new processes that would need to be defined and process gaps that would need to be addressed to launch a new service. Through highly focused RNSI (Responsible, Notified, Support, Informed) matrix workshops we ensure that our customers have clearly identified stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities for each of the service delivery processes. In addition with focused gap-fill analysis we create a work breakdown structure that can simply be imported into a project plan to execute during the service Transition stage.
