Service Performance

Continual Service Improvement is the cornerstone of the ITIL framework. We leverage on this to establish a service performance improvement and measurement structure for our customers. Using a fundamental DMAIC approach we identify strategic areas of focus for our customers to successfully deliver a service. We then drill down into the service delivery processes utilized by our customers to extract and measure key process performance indicators. We then analyzing performance against targets and implement tactical steps to iteratively improve and control specific service delivery processes. We package this all into a simple CSI register and an accompanying balanced scorecard that our customers can easily manage and maintain on an ongoing base.
